The following Muscles are related to Leg Pain
     Quadriceps
     Pectineus
     Adductor (Longus, Brevis and Magnus)
     Gracilis & Sartorius
     Hamstrings
     Calves (Dehydration can be the leading cause for pain)
          Gastrocnemius
          Soleus

It is very important to release the Lower Back Issues to get best results for the Legs as there could be Sciatic Issues and Blood Flow Restrictions realated to those issues.

A majority of Groin Pulls and Charlie Horses can be avoided by Stretching Properly after Excise and Sports events plus Hydration is very important, but if you do have Sports Injuries from Groin Pull, it can be relieved while clothed as invasive area working on the Iliacus, Gracilis and Pectineus Muscles, but usually you can be back up and walking possibly running within a few minutes of Triggering and Cross Fiber Massage.  This is going to be very painful, and it is best to have an assistant talking to the Client to assure they do not go Unconscious or Into Shock.
